New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday called for an immediate de-escalation of tensions in West Asia, emphasising that conflicts cannot be resolved through military confrontation.
The Prime Minister made the remarks after holding talks with Alexander Stubb, the President of Finland, during his visit to New Delhi. According to officials, the two leaders discussed the deteriorating security situation in the region and underscored the need for diplomatic engagement to restore stability.
