Mumbai: A star-studded launch marked the grand unveiling of The Universal Idol, a new global music reality show, with actor Neil Nitin Mukesh announced as the Brand Ambassador. The high-profile press conference, curated and organised by the show’s Creative and Planning Head Imtiyaz Khan, brought together music industry figures, media, and fans to celebrate the show’s debut.
The event, held in partnership with Glass House as the venue partner, saw notable personalities including Shiv Thakare, Indrani Mukerjea, Aoora, Ramji Gulati, Mahir Pandhi, Vishaal Kotian, Biba Singh, Kashishh Rajput, Urvashi Solanki, Sweety Walia, Asif Merchant, Hema Sharma, Nivedita Basu, Nikita Rawal, Aastha Rawal, Kriti Choudhary, Jyotica Tangri, Prashant Virendra Sharma, and others in attendance.
Envisioned as a first-of-its-kind global platform, The Universal Idol aims to showcase emerging vocal talent from across continents. Set to celebrate music that crosses borders, languages, and cultures, the reality show is designed to discover, guide, and launch exceptional voices on an international scale.
Speaking at the launch, Neil Nitin Mukesh expressed his excitement about joining the project.
