NAR India Seals Strategic Partnership with NEO, Opening U.S. New-Construction Market to Indian Realtors

NAR India announces a strategic tie-up with New Estate Only (NEO), giving members complimentary access to U.S. new-construction inventory, multilingual tools, market reports, and international training support.

New Delhi: The National Association of Realtors (NAR India) has entered into a significant partnership with New Estate Only (NEO) during the NAR NXT event in Houston, unlocking direct access for its members to the rapidly expanding U.S. new-construction homes sector, which currently represents over 33% of all U.S. residential sales.

NEO is a specialised platform that connects developers and realtors for pre-construction and under-construction projects across the United States. The system consolidates up-to-date project information with an easy-to-navigate interface and visual layouts that help realtors, buyers, and investors identify suitable opportunities efficiently.

The platform also allows realtors to integrate full U.S. new-construction inventories onto their own websites in multiple languages, enhancing client engagement and expanding outreach. Since its introduction alongside the Miami Association in 2021, NEO has become the most widely used new-construction solution in Florida and Texas, and is now expanding across the United States. The platform has been recognised for two consecutive years under NAR’s REACH program and currently supports more than 30 realtor associations worldwide.

Through this new agreement, all NAR India members will receive complimentary access valued at around USD 120 per year. Besides full platform usage, members will gain access to educational webinars on U.S. real estate, detailed market reports, and emerging cross-border business opportunities. With Hindi and additional languages being rolled out, the platform will offer greater accessibility and marketing support for Indian realtors exploring U.S. markets.
