Jodhpur: International Hindu Council founder and Hindu nationalist leader Dr. Praveen Togadia addressed an organizational gathering in Jodhpur on Wednesday as part of his ongoing nationwide tour. During his interaction with council workers and supporters, he raised concerns about demographic changes and rising health challenges among communities.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Togadia said that the declining proportion of Hindus in certain regions should be taken seriously, claiming that shifts in population patterns may impact the country’s social balance. He stated that the government should consider moving forward with a population control law, noting that timely action is essential to maintain national unity and security.
Along with demographic matters, Dr. Togadia also focused on public health. He expressed worry over the increase in lifestyle-related diseases and said that every family must prioritize habits that support long-term wellness. Encouraging preventive care, he called for awareness campaigns across households and communities.
During the programme, workers from the International Hindu Council (A.H.P.), National Bajrang Dal, Hindu Helpline and Jai Shri Ram Sena welcomed Dr. Togadia upon his arrival. Supporters greeted him with traditional honours before he addressed the audience.
In his remarks, he guided the members on issues he views as important to safeguarding cultural and social interests. He urged volunteers to remain active in outreach efforts and to continue strengthening organizational structure at the grassroots level.
The meeting concluded with a pledge among participants to expand public engagement and support ongoing awareness drives. Organizers noted that Dr. Togadia’s tour will continue across multiple districts to review functioning and mobilize regional teams.
