Kapil Sharma is ready to bring the laughter back to theatres with Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2, arriving in cinemas on December 12, 2025. The trailer, unveiled on Wednesday, promises a storm of confusion, humour, and classic Kapil-style panic as his character tries to survive three marriages at once.
The sequel comes a decade after the 2015 original, which marked Kapil’s Bollywood debut. Rather than continuing the earlier storyline, the new film introduces a fresh plot, packed with even more twists and comic chaos.
A man in love… but married thrice
Kapil plays a well-meaning man deeply in love with one woman. However, a series of ridiculous misunderstandings leads him to accidentally marry three different women — one Muslim, one Christian, and one Hindu.
The trailer opens with his character confessing his troubles to a priest, portrayed by the late comedy legend Asrani. In one of the film’s standout lines, Kapil says he changed religions to impress the woman he actually loves — only to end up married three times instead.
Triple marriages = triple chaos
From quick cover-ups to hilarious close calls, Kapil is seen running from one household to the next, trying to prevent his wives from discovering the truth. Each spouse demands attention, leaving him constantly firefighting one situation after another.
A treasured farewell to Asrani
The trailer also includes a heart-warming performance from Asrani, who passed away last month. His cameo as the priest has already touched fans, sparking emotional comments online celebrating his legacy in comedy.
