JAIPUR: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma attended a grand Hanuman Katha at the Birla Auditorium in Jaipur on Sunday. Listening with deep devotion, the Chief Minister addressed the gathering, emphasizing that spiritual events conducted under the guidance of revered saints like Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj infuse society with positivity, harmony, and high moral values.

Cultural Resurgence in the ‘Amrit Kaal’

Highlighting the nation’s rapid progress on the global stage, CM Sharma stated that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is successfully navigating its ‘Amrit Kaal’ and emerging as a leading world power. He remarked that Swami Vivekananda’s grand vision of India’s cultural glory is now materializing, with Indian heritage and Sanatan traditions establishing a profound, recognizable identity worldwide.

The Chief Minister cited the historic construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya, the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, Mahakal Lok, and the extensive restoration of the Badrinath and Kedarnath Dhams as monumental symbols of “New India’s” cultural awakening. Recalling the historic day of January 22, he noted that the entire world witnessed the long-awaited Pran Pratishtha (consecration) of Lord Ram with awe and reverence.

Expanding Religious Tourism and Heritage Conservation

Shifting focus to the state’s ongoing developmental initiatives, CM Sharma reiterated the Rajasthan government’s unwavering commitment to preserving and promoting its rich cultural heritage. He assured the public that the state administration is actively executing large-scale development and beautification projects at major religious centers, including Khatu Shyam Ji, Girraj Ji, and the iconic Brahma Temple in Pushkar.

Upon his arrival at the event, the Chief Minister was accorded a traditional welcome steeped in Vedic rituals. He attentively listened to young Vedic scholars (Batuks) flawlessly reciting sacred mantras from all four Vedas—the Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda.

The Hanuman Katha witnessed a massive gathering of devotees completely immersed in spiritual devotion. Prominent dignitaries in attendance included local MLA Balmukund Acharya, Thakur Govinddev Chaturved Vidyapeeth Trustee Sandeep Jhanwar, and various other administrative and trust officials
